There are five major areas involved
in human sexual enhancement:
Mental -- The causes
of psychological sexual dysfunction and low libido are numerous, and it is difficult to list them all,
but most often low libido is related to depression, performance anxiety, marital stress
or relationship problems, life crisis, financial difficulties, religious repression, or
some type of mental illness. Sexual enhancement is possible through various
forms of therapy, stress release, vacation, etc.
Hormonal -- Androgens, such as testosterone, are a major component
of libido. Testosterone levels decline about 1 percent each year in men, which may
contribute to lower male libido with aging. Testosterone also declines with age in women
leading to a decrease in female libido.
Women who have had surgical removal of the ovaries notice a drop in sexual interest.
Sexual enhancement through replacement of androgens can be helpful in those with age related sexual dysfunction.
Testosterone is available by prescription only. An over the counter hormones, such as DHEA, converts into testosterone and thus
has a positive influence on
libido. Pregnenolone is another over the counter hormone that may increase testosterone
levels and thus enhance libido. To learn more about

Vascular -- Alterations in the flow of blood to and from the penis
are thought to be a common cause of male erectile dysfunction. For instance, medical
conditions such as atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), high cholesterol,
hypertension, or diabetes reduce blood flow to the penis and genital organs thus leading
to difficulty with erection or genital swelling. Proper diet and exercise
can reduce the risk. Additional factors that can impede
blood flow include penile injury, surgery in the pelvic or abdominal area, and sitting on
a bicycle too long. Men who log several thousand miles a year on their mountain bikes
suffer scrotal damage that could reduce their fertility.
Neural -- Nerve damage from disorders such as diabetes, multiple
sclerosis, Parkinsons disease, and stroke affect the brains ability to respond
to sexual stimulation. In women, abdominal or pelvic operations can occasionally lead to
nerve damage. Sexual dysfunction is common in men undergoing surgical treatment for
prostate enlargement or cancer.
Chemical -- Some
chemicals involved in the human sexual response and libido include dopamine, acetylcholine,
and nitric oxide. Sexual enhancement is quite likely through manipulation of
these brain chemicals by using natural herbs.
Libido and Medical conditions
Certain medical conditions reduce libido, performance, or enjoyment. These
include hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, cardiovascular
disease, peripheral vascular disease, and neurologic disorders, and insomnia.
Drugs that interfere with Sexual enhancement
Drugs that interfere with libido or sexual function
include some anti-hypertensives, SSRIs, sedatives, and beta-blockers. Alcohol's negative
affect on libido increases with age. Smoking can reduce genital
blood flow.
Sexual Enhancement Research Update
Exercise and weight loss may
improve sexual function in obese men, researchers in Italy report. In a new
study of more than 100 obese men with erectile dysfunction, nearly a third
regained normal sexual function after participating in an intensive weight loss
program.

save my marriage.
It's difficult to know which herbal
product is best for impotence treatment in any one individual. It may take trial
and error with several herbal formulas or individual herbs to determine which
works best.
Recently purchased the following seven products in an
effort to increase my strength. I am 56 year old who has literally been weight
training (and aerobics) since I was 20. As I have aged my strength declined
pretty significantly for about ten years between the ages of 40 and 50. I have
maintained this lower level of strength and lesser muscular development for the
past six years. I have tried various legal and natural supplements all to no
avail with regards to increasing strength and/or muscle mass. Interestingly my
sex drive and performance has not waned at all during the same time frames. I
decided to utilize testosterone inducing supplements not so much for sexual
prowess but rather to possibly increase my strength and muscle mass. Over the
past ten days I have been cycling one pill per day of one of the seven
supplements (listed below). To my utter astonishment I have increased my bench
press by at least one rep in each set. This has never been accomplished before
with any other natural supplementation. In order to get maximum effectiveness
please respond to the following questions: Is there any potential problem with
taking the supplements in the manner described? After X period of time should I
not take anything for X number of days. Will the progress I am starting to see
remain if the supplementation is discontinued? Any other suggestions?

There is no one regimen that would apply to everyone. The
general guideline is to use the least amount and least frequency to achieve the
desired benefits. It is likely that the benefits would be reduced or disappear
if there is a long absence from use.

I suffer from Obsessional Compulsive Disorder, Thyroid Eye Disease (Grave's Disease) due to being under extreme stress whilst at university, Gilbert's Syndrome and B12 deficiency. The latter two were discovered following blood tests, having taken conventional medication given to me for prostatitis (prostate also slightly enlarged). Complications which followed were a thinning of the anal sphincter muscle causing faecal incontinence and an overactive bladder. Ever since, I have had problems with impotence and unwanted ejaculation due to extreme oversensitivity of the penis head when aroused. I have, successfully, managed the aforementioned ailments through B12 injections, appropriate homoeopathic medicine and herbal remedies. I have consumed Orexis, Androx, Rejuverin, So Young Plus, Siberian Ginseng, Gingko Biloba and Rhodiola herbal tablets with varying, fairly decent results. Apart from Androx, Rejuverin and So Young Plus, which suggested breaks that I followed, I took the others daily for extended periods. The Orexis did not work, because I was taking 2 to 3 packets a day as stated on the pack, although I finished the courses I purchased. I was just completely overstimulated and could not maintain an erection or prevent early ejaculation. The other two (Androx / Rejuverin) worked well and improved my sexuality symptoms / other urinary difficulties furthering the good work that the homoeopathy had started. After a 6 month course of Androx and Rejuverin, I did not buy them again. As for the Siberian Ginseng, Gingko Biloba and Rhodiola, I used them for approximately 7 months1 capsule daily without time off, coupled with So Young Plus, 1 tablet every fourth day. The regimen helped me in a similar manner to the former two products. However, towards the end of the 7 months, I was beginning to feel fatigued and experience shallow sleep. I decided to stop the Siberian Ginseng, Gingko Biloba, Rhodiola and So Young Plus for 2 months. I have just over a month remaining until I start them again. Next time, I am seriously going to consider ordering Passion-Rx, Prostate-Rx, Mind Power-Rx. Since having ceased the Siberian Ginseng, Gingko Biloba, Rhodiola and So Young Plus for almost 1 month of a two month lay off, I have had trouble maintaining an erection again. Oversensitivity has become a real problem over the last week or two and I have had great difficulty warding off ejaculation.
