Avena Sativa review, oats extract, does this
herbal extract help improve libido? How potent is it? Are there other herbs that
are more potent?
Extract supplements are available for sale without a prescription
Avena sativa is the scientific name for the grass commonly known as
oats. Avena sativa has been used medicinally since the middle ages, yet no
reference to any aphrodisiac benefit has ever been noted or documented in
several hundred years of use. Other herbs that can improve sexuality include
Tongkat-Ali herb,
yohimbe bark, and Horny-Goat-Weed.

Avena Sativa for breakfast
A breakfast bowl of avena sativa (oatmeal) is cheap and tasty. It may
reduce your cholesterol and the fiber may make you more regular, but don’t
expect to have the urge to immediately head for the bedroom.

Avena Sativa review
We don't have a strong opinion yet regarding
the aphrodisiac properties of avena sativa. We think that if it works, it's not
that powerful, but we will have to wait for more research before we solidify our
opinion.
